Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost. Standard shipping is $5.99 per order and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Production and delivery. Each case is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days of U.S. transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during high-volume periods.

Tracking. We email your tracking link when your order ships. The first tracking scan can take a day or two to appear.

Several cases in one order. Tough Cases and Magnetic Tough Cases can be made by different print partners, so an order with both may arrive in separate parcels.

Your address. Please check your shipping address before you order. We can't change it once your order is in production.

Lost or damaged parcels. See our Refund policy, or contact us through the form on our website or at support@rarestatic.com with your order number.
