This website is operated by RARE STATIC ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

3. Made-to-order products

Our phone cases are printed to order for the phone model and case type you choose. Please check your phone model before you order. Cancellations, changes and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

4. Product images and descriptions

Product images are mockups of our designs. Colors can look slightly different on your screen and in production. Case specifications are as provided by our print partners.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Shipping is shown at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated times are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Accurate information

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information.

8. Intellectual property

Our designs, text, images and logos belong to RARE STATIC or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.

10. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, including Shopify for our store and checkout. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms, in our policies, or where the law requires otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
